I’m Helena, a 27-year-old designer. I was born in Paris but always prefer to say that I come from Nantes, where I grew up and spent most of my life.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about travel and music.
I’ve been playing the piano since childhood, and it remains one of my favorite ways to recharge and keep learning.
I’ve spent much of my time exploring the world on solo trips (New Zealand, Indonesia, United States...). Discovering new cultures is something I genuinely love, which is why working in a diverse, international environment truly excites me.

Whether it's exploring new places or mastering a new piece, curiosity drives everything I do.

Hi!
Here begins the story...
I attended a business school with a tourism focus since I wanted to devote my studies to my first passion and began my journey into product management in this domain.

I took to it right away and wished to stay in this world. Unfortunately, the Covid-19 crisis caught me off guard and had me reevaluate my goals at my end-of-study internship.

I thus switched to a start-up, still in the business travel sector, and I started by looking after the Customer Success division. I negotiated a partition of my tasks so that 50% of my time would be spent in the Product department.
... and here comes the fresh start!
After a year and a half alternating between analyzing user feedback through the CS department and offering solutions for the iOs app development through the Product department, I realized I could combine elements of the two through the wonderful world of ✨UX Design✨!

I decided to sign up for a work-study program after seeing how quickly I could learn in a professional setting. My experience at Amex GBT has been incredibly enriching, allowing me to explore different ways of working while growing alongside a team of highly inspiring professionals.
So here I am today, fulfilled in the path I have found and looking for my next adventure.

I am extremely excited to start this new chapter and would be delighted to share my past experiences and acquired skills.

Cheers!
